Help Our Friends in Atlanta
Stop Cop City is a movement that advocates for responsible resource allocation within our communities. It opposes the excessive militarization of law enforcement and promotes transparency and community engagement in decisions that impact residents' lives.
Cop City is a police training center located in the Weelaunee Forest outside Atlanta. It is expected to cost $60 million in private corporate funding and $30 million from taxpayers. It will take up over 85 acres, with the "remaining portion of the 265-acre property as greenspace," according to the center's website.
Boared To Death Records stands in solidarity with Stop Cop City's mission to address pressing issues surrounding policing and resource distribution.
Protest Support Show
On Friday, December 1st, Chapel Hill’s iconic punk and metal venue, Local 506, is inviting the punk community to attend the Stop Cop City Protest Support Show to raise charitable donations to assist protestors in Atlanta. All profits will be donated to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund.
The show features three local punk bands including Distortions, Oort Partrol, and Worthington’s Law.

Stop Cop City Compilation
In support of the Stop Cop City movement, we've released a compilation of songs from artists that believe in the same values and aspirations as we do - freedom to live our lives without oppression and unnecessary force.
The 9 artists and 13 songs on the Stop Cop City Compilation represent a family that has each others' backs and stands up for those in need, especially as we face losing our rights and losing the ability to vote for the governmental services that impact our lives.
